How Paying Projects Work

When 4 Christ Technology Ministries acquires a lead on a project, we search our database of team members to locate member(s) with the right skill set for the opportunity.  We will then e-mail what we know about the project to all qualified members asking them if they wish to be considered for the project. If no members have the correct skill set, only then will we seek outside consultants.

For paying opportunities that are on an hourly basis, we charge clients on a sliding scale. We have two pricing charts - 1 for web maintenance and one for all other type projects such as web design, LAN/WAN, management consulting, etc.  Our rates for web maintenance services run from $20 per hour to $50 per hour. (We average $30 per hour for accounts now) All other services are charged at rates ranging from $35 per hour to $90 per hour.  (We average $50 per hour for accounts now)

Jobs that we bid on a flat rate basis, (which are about 50% of our paying opportunities), what you are paid will be based on your bid for your portion of the project.  The only fees taken off of that bid are the credit card processing fees of 6.9%.  For example, if you bid your portion of a project at $500, you will receive $465.50.
