Some services are provided free of charge to worthwhile Churches or ministries who are unable to pay. Some services can not be provided free of charge, but all services are available at reduced and sliding scale rates. 

With users running Windows XP operating system, our technicians can take remote control of your computer and normally troubleshoot and fix any problems remotely, so where you are located is usually not an issue.  Some services, such as end user training and any service involving installation of hardware or software are only available in areas where 4 Christ Technology Team Members with the required skills are located.  Currently, we offer on-site support in the following geographical areas:

• Chicago, Illinois

• Cleveland, Ohio

• Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We also offer on-going service contracts that are custom tailored to meet your requirements for types of service and response times.
